大型球磨机振动测试分析

球磨机是选矿厂的关键设备，异常振动原因很多。通过对大型球磨机运行过程中电动机的振动进行测试分析，查明振动原因，并介绍了对应的解决处理办法，保证了设备的正常运转。%The ball mill is a kind of key equipment in the concentration plant, and many causes lead to its vibration. After the motor vibration during operation of the large-scale ball mill is tested and analyzed, the vibrational causes are found out. Relevant disposal methods are introduced, thus normal operation of the ball mill is guaranteed.
