FCSMC型浮选柱的工业试验系统及其适应性改造

摘要

介绍了某赤铁矿的旋流-静态微泡浮选柱反浮选工业试验。在对原有试验系统所存在问题进行分析和论证的基础上,对其进行了合理的适应性改造,最终稳定了运行状态,并使铁精矿品位提升了1.3%,回收率提高了5.6%,为浮选柱技术的进一步发展和应用奠定了基础。%The paper introduces an industrial test for reverse flotation of hematite by using cyclonic-static micro-bubble flotation column.Based on the analysis and demonstration of problems existing in original test system,reasonable adaptable transformation of the system is carried out.Finally,the operation of the transformed test system is more stably,and the grade of the iron concentrates increases by 1.3%,the recovery rate increases by 5.6%.The study lays foundations for the future development and application of flotation column technology.
