应用线接触理论公式计算了矿用挖掘机圆锥滚子回转支承的接触应力,并应用ANSYS对回转支承进行了非线性接触问题的仿真分析,最后将线接触理论的结果与有限元分析结果作比较,验证了有限元接触仿真分析的正确性,为挖掘机回转支承的优化以及设计提供了参考依据。%The linear contact theory formulas are applied to calculate the contact stress of the taper-rollered swing bearing in the mine excavator,and ANSYS is used to analyze the non-linear simulative contact of the swing bearing.Finally,the results from linear contact theory are compared with the ones from FEA,and the simulation analysis of finite element contact proves to be correct,which offers references for the optimization and design of the swing bearing of the excavator.
