在对旋轴流式通风机噪声中,空气动力噪声占很大的比重,且难以控制。利用数值模拟,由试验给出KDF-5型通风机叶片的涡力图和静压时间导数的均方根分布,并进行通风机气动噪声分析,找出主要噪声源的位置,通过优化通风机的气动参数来探讨对旋轴流式通风机的降噪方法,可供设计人员参考。%The aerodynamic noise accounts for a large proportion in noise from contra-rotating axial flow fans and are too complex to control.The test is conducted to give vortices' magnitude distribution and RMS(root mean square) distribution of static pressure derivative of fan blade KDF-5 by numerical simulation.The aerodynamic noise of the fan is analyzed and main sources are located.In addition,the aerodynamic parameters of the fan are optimized so as to reduce the noise of the axial flow fan.The study provides references for designers.
