Based on the analysis of chain tightening process and in combination with the employment of three kinds of chain tighteners specified in state standards, a kind of ratchet chain tightener applying to SGW-40T scraper conveyor is designed and produced. The chain tightener is simple to operate and easy to install and maintain, and is helpful for operator to enhance the safety of chain connection.%通过分析刮板输送机的紧链过程,结合国家标准规定的3种紧链器的使用情况,设计制作了一种适用于SGW-40T型刮板输送机的棘轮式紧链器.该紧链器操作简单,易于安装和维护,提高了操作工接链的安全性.
