基于田口试验法碾碎机人字齿轴辊堆焊参数的优化

摘要

应用田口试验法对影响碾碎机人字齿轴辊堆焊层质量参数(堆焊电流、堆焊速度、焊丝送进速度、焊丝直径及焊丝伸出长度等)进行分析,得出堆焊参数优化组合,并通过试验验证了其正确性.%The main factors (overlaying welding current, overlaying welding speed, wire feeding speed, wire diameter and wire extending length etc.) affecting the overlaying welding quality of the herringbone gear roller of the crusher are analyzed with Taguchi method, and the optimal combination of overlaying welding parameters is obtained. Finally, its correctness is verified with tests.
