提出了采用不同尺寸及结构的结构元素级联形成广义数学形态滤波器,实现异步电动机滚动轴承振动信号的降噪方法.通过对一组实测数据采用广义数学形态滤波器进行处理,提取出了故障特征频率,从而验证了该方法的有效性,因此,可用于异步电动机滚动轴承的故障诊断.%The paper proposes the method of reducing the vibration signal of rolling beatings of asynchronous motors by means of the forming generalized mathematical morphology filter by using elements of various structures. A set of measured data is processed by the generalized mathematical morphology filter, and the feature frequency of the fault is abstract. The method proves to be effective for the fault diagnosis of rolling bearings of asynchronous motors.
