煤泥浮选的界面调控与浮选行为研究进展

摘要

介绍了无机电解质、表面活性剂、电化学、超声波和强效搅拌等物理化学方法对煤泥浮选界面调控的研究进展,对各种调控手段对气-液-固三相界面行为的影响以及对煤泥浮选作用机理的研究进展进行了分析。通过分析指出,各种界面调控方法对煤粒和杂质矿物的作用机理、化学药剂作用的选择性以及气-液-固各相界面之间作用关系仍需进一步研究。%The paper introduced the progress on study of interface regulation of coal slurry flotation by many physical and chemical methods such as inorganic electrolyte, surfactants, electrochemistry, ultrasonic wave and high intensity stirring etc. It also analyzed the influence of each regulating method on gas-liquidsolid interfacial behavior, and presented the progress on study of interaction mechanism of coal slurry flotation. Analysis results showed that the interaction mechanism of each interfacial regulating method on coal particle and impurity mineral, chemical selectivity and relationship of gas-liquid-solid interface needed to study further.
