禹州细粒煤正压过滤工艺参数的研究

         

摘要

Positive-pressure filtration process was applied to dewatering of flotation concentrate from Yuzhou, so as to explore influences ofpositive-pressttre filtration parameters such as feeding density (A), feeding size (B) and filtration pressure (C) on product water content, filtrate density and air consumption. In addition, orthogonal tests were designed to test for the above three factors without interaction. Finally, optimal process parameter combination A3B3C3 was obtained, which included feeding density of 280 g/L, feeding size of 38.81% and filtration pressure of 0.6MPa.%采用正压过滤工艺对禹州浮选精煤进行脱水,探索正压过滤的给料浓度(A)、给料粒度(B)、过滤压力(C)三因素对产品水分、滤液浓度、过滤时间、耗气量的影响,并设计了正交试验对三因素进行了无交互作用的试验,得到最佳工艺参数组合A3B3C3:即给料浓度为280g/L,给料粒度为38.81%。过滤压力为0.6MPa。
