The paper introduced a kind of electric-wheeled mine truck. While it starting up on slope, the control system calculated the safe torque for preventing the backward sliding of the truck, so as to control the drawing torque of the wheel motor timely. Only while the drawing torque of the wheel motor was more than the safe torque, the controller would command the control system to release the brake, thus the electric-wheeled mine truck could start up stably on slope without backward sliding only by the driver treading the accelerator pedal instead of treading the service braking pedal.%介绍了一种电动轮矿用车在坡道起步时，通过控制系统计算出电动轮矿用车防倒滑的安全力矩，实时控制轮电动机的牵引力矩。只有当轮电动机的牵引力矩大于安全力矩时，控制器才控制制动系统松开制动器，实现了司机在坡道起步时无需使用工作制动踏板，只需直接使用单一油门踏板就可以实现电动轮矿用车在坡道上防倒滑的平稳起步。
