基于AMESim的乳化液泵节能型检测系统仿真分析

         

摘要

The paper presented a novel test system for emulsion pump to solve the high energy consumption during testing for emulsion pumps, the test system had the function of recovering energy. It also introduced the working principle of the system, and analyzed the feasibility and energy recovery performance throughsimulation. The simulation results showed that the system could meet requirements of the test standard and recover energy efficiently. The system was helpful to decreasing energy consumption and installed power.%针对乳化液泵检测过程中能耗高、能源浪费严重的问题,提出了一种具有功率回收功能的新型检测系统方案,介绍了该方案的工作原理,并通过软件仿真分析了该方案的可行性与功率回收性能。仿真结果证明该系统满足检测标准的要求并可以高效地回收能量,较大程度地降低了能源消耗和装机功率。
