LWZ1200×1800型卧式沉降离心机在芦岭选煤厂的应用

摘要

芦岭选煤厂随着入选原煤煤泥量的增加,煤泥水处理难度不断增加,旧的工艺和设备不能满足生产的需要。为了解决该选煤厂的问题,引进了LWZ1200×1800型卧式沉降离心机,该设备能够很好地回收粗粒煤泥,减少系统中循环的煤泥量,使得煤泥水系统得到很大的改善。%With the increase in the amount of coal slime in Luling coal preparation plant,the difficulty in disposing the coal slurry continuously increased,the old technology and equipment could not meet the need of production.In order to solve the problem,LWZ1200×1800 sedimentation centrifuge was introduced.The centrifuge could recover the coarse coal slurry very well,and reduce the amount of circulating coal slurry in the system,thus the coal slurry system greatly improved.
