模糊控制在选矿布料系统中的应用

摘要

针对选矿系统中胶带卸料小车存在的不足,笔者在实现小车布料自动控制系统的基础上,采用模糊控制算法,进一步优化了卸料小车的控制,使小车布料过程更加合理,并利用功能强大的MatLab软件进行仿真分析,仿真结果证明,模糊控制的应用达到预期效果。%In view of the shortage in mineral distribution by the belt discharging car in the beneficiation system, the paper realized the automatic control system for mineral distribution by car, and then applied fuzzy control algorithm to further optimize the control of the discharge car, so as to make the process of mineral distribution more reasonable. In addition, MATLAB was used to carry out the simulation, which led to desired effect with application of fuzzy control.
