转子系统参数对全矢谱参数影响的研究

     

摘要

Based on the anisotropy of bearing stiffness and damping coefficients as well as eccentricity of the disc in the rotor system,the relationship between all parameters of full vector spectrum and the bearing stiffness,damping coefficients and eccentricity was established.The finite element model of a rotor-bearing system was established using ANSYS.The effect of bearing stiffness,damping coefficients and eccentricity on all parameters of the full vector spectrum was analyzed.The results showed:the bearing stiffness and damping coefficients affected major and minor vibration vectors,eccentricity and azimuth at a constant revolving speed;the eccentricity only affected the major and minor vibration vectors,and had no effect on the shape and position of the axis's motion trajectory.According to the above parametric relationship,the fault distinguishing method which based on the eccentricity as well as major and minor vibration vectors was presented,and the sensor installation principle was offered.The study results had reference values for analyzing dynamic characteristics and diagnosing faults of rotating machinery with full vector spectrum.%根据转子系统轴承刚度和阻尼系数呈各向异性及圆盘具有偏心量的特点,建立全矢谱各参数、刚度、阻尼系数和偏心量之间的关系。应用ANSYS建立转子-支承系统的有限元模型,分析刚度、阻尼系数以及偏心量对全矢谱各参数的影响。研究结果表明,在恒定转速下,刚度和阻尼系数对主副振矢、偏心率及方位角均有影响,偏心量仅影响主副振矢的大小,对轴心运动轨迹的形状和位置没有影响。根据上述参数之间的关系,提出了根据偏心率和主副振矢故障判别的方法,并给出传感器的安装原则,研究结果对于应用全矢谱技术进行旋转机械动力学特性分析及故障诊断具有一定的参考价值。
