轮式装载机载荷信号的小波处理方法

摘要

The traditional spatial correlation filtering method was improved in the paper.In the improved method,firstly,the signals were processed by binary wavelet transformation; and then,some proper coefficients were introduced to avoid misjudging noise as signal,fmally the approximate coefficients and processed wavelet coefficients were processed by inverse wavelet transformation so as to obtain denoised signals.The load signals of a wheeled loader were processed by using the improved method.The results indicated that the improved spatial correlation filtering method was of excellent denoising properties.%针对传统的空域相关降噪法进行了改进.该改进算法首先对信号进行二进小波变换,然后通过引入适当的系数来避免将噪声误判为信号,最后将近似系数和处理后的小波系数进行逆小波变换得到降噪后的信号.使用该改进算法对轮式装载机实测载荷信号进行降噪处理的结果表明,改进后的空域相关降噪法具有良好的降噪性能.
