带式输送机故障检测技术的研究

摘要

介绍了带式输送机在工作过程中常见的输送带打滑、断带、过负荷和温度异常等故障,分析了故障产生的原因及常见故障检测方法,介绍了采用PLC与传感器进行故障检测的系统设计方法,具有一定的应用参考价值.%After introducing faults of the belt conveyor during its operation such as belt skidding,belt breaking,overloading and abnormal temperature,the paper analyzed the causes resulting in faults and common fault detection methods.It also narrated the design method of a fault detection system combining PLC and sensors.It possessed certain practical reference value.
