煤矿用钻杆圆锥螺纹紧密距的优化研究

摘要

In view of frequent difficulty in disassembly of the drill pipe used in collieries during service course,the influences of the stand-off thread of the taper screw of the drill pipe used in colliery on the disassembly of the drill pipe by theory and tests.In addition,the formulae of calculating the stand-off thread of the taper screw were deduced,and optimal range of the stand-offthread was obtained by test and analysis.%根据煤矿用钻杆在使用过程中频繁出现拆卸困难的问题,从理论和试验分析了煤矿用钻杆圆锥螺纹紧密距对钻杆拆卸的影响,推导了钻杆紧密距的相关计算公式,并通过试验分析,得出一个最优的紧密距范围.
