带式输送机磁流变软启动器传动特性研究

摘要

为了得到双盘式磁流变软启动器的传动特性,搭建了性能测试试验台,分析了试验装置的空载特性、静特性和动特性.分析结果表明,该带式输送机磁流变软启动试验装置空载转矩较大,传递转矩与线圈电流间呈近似线性关系,且随电流变化响应迅速,具有优良的静特性和动特性,满足带式输送机的传动要求.%To obtain the transmission properties of a double disk magnetorheological soft starter, the corresponding test-bed was established, and the no-load characteristics, static characteristics and dynamic characteristics of the test device were studied. The results indicated that the test device for magnetorheological soft start-up possessed great no-load torque, while the transmission torque increased linearly with coil current and changed rapidly with the variation of coil current. The excellent static characteristics and dynamic characteristics satisfied the transmission requirements of belt conveyors.
