湿喷机螺旋强喷装置的研究

摘要

The paper analyzed the disintegration of spraying concrete at spray gun while the concrete sprayer operating. And then, a strong screw spray device was developed according to rotating centrifugal theory, andrnthe fluid analysis of the concrete in the device was conducted. The disintegration of spraying concrete was improved by screw centrifugal effect, which led to higher productivity and lower production cost.%分析了混凝土湿喷机在喷射混凝土时,喷枪处离析现象产生的原因,根据旋转离心的理论,研制了一种螺旋强喷装置,并对装置中的混凝土进行了流体分析.通过螺旋离心的作用,大大改善了离析现象,提高了生产效率,节约了生产成本.
