网络化环境下金属矿山资产管理系统的设计与开发

         

摘要

基于金属矿山企业资产管理的现状、发展趋势及开发必要性分析,笔者对金属矿山资产管理((Enterprise Asset Management,EAM)系统的目标及功能模块进行了详细分析与设计,并以多工厂协同管理为主线建立了EAM系统集成管理流程.采用Power Designer建模软件设计了EAM系统的物理数据模型;基于网络化运行环境,以先进的框架组合(J2EE+Struts+Hibernate+Spring)技术对金属矿山EAM系统关键功能模块进行了开发和测试.金属矿山企业的实际应用表明,该系统有效地提高了企业资产管理效率.%Based on the analysis of study status, development tendency and development necessity of enterprise asset management (EAM) system, the goals and function modules of EAM system were analyzed and designed in detail, and process flow of integrated management was established with collaborative management of multi-plant operation serving as the core. The physical data model of EAM system was designed by software Power Designer, and some key functional modules of metal mine EAM system were developed and tested by using the most advanced framework combination technology of J2EE + Struts + Hibernate + Spring based on network operation environment. The practical application in metal mines showed that the EAM efficiency was enhanced effectively by using the system.
