基于PLC和HMI的新型电气传动系统主回路用切换装置的研究与实现

摘要

为了提高电气传动系统主回路的安全性、可靠性和切换效率,设计了一套新型的电气传动系统主回路切换装置,并详细地阐述了该切换装置的方案设计、结构设计和控制系统设计.目前该系统已在中信重工机械股份有限公司的大型提升机试验台上得到了应用,实践证明,该切换装置具有良好的使用效果和推广意义.%In order to improve the safety,reliability and efficiency of the main circuit of the electric drive system,a new-type switching device for the main circuit of the electric drive system was designed.In the paper,the scheme design,structural design and control system design were described in detail.At present,the system had been applied to the test platform for the large-scale hoist in CITIC Heavy Industries Co.,Ltd.The test showed the switching device possessed excellent service effects and spread significance.
