基于总线桥的PLC与现场设备的通信控制

摘要

讨论了基于总线桥的PLC与变频器、变压器温控器、高压柜电流表的通信控制及实现方法.以支持PROFIBUS DP协议的西门子414-3 PN/DP型PLC、Modbus RTU协议的英威腾GD200变频器、力得LD-B10-S220F变压器温控器和斯菲尔PD194Z-2S4电流表进行通信为例,详细介绍了采用总线桥的方式实现2种不同协议设备间通信的方法,实现了对现场设备的监控.%The paper discussed the communication control and realization method of PLC with frequency converter,thermostat for transformer and ammeter of high-voltage cabinet based on bus bridge.Taking the communication among SIEMENS 414-3 PN/DP PLC supporting PROFIBUS DP protocol,invt GD200 frequency converter supporting Modbus RTU protocol,Lide LD-B 10-S220F thermostat for transformer and Sfield PD194Z-2S4 ammeter,the paper detailedly introduced the method of realizing communication among facilities supporting various protocols based on bus bridge,so as to realize the monitor of the field facilities.
