浅谈城门山铜矿自磨机升级改造

摘要

针对城门山铜矿选矿厂φ5.5 m×1.8 m自磨机设备运行状况,分析了设备筒体、端盖磨损情况及存在的缺陷,对自磨机筒体部、传动部及主轴承润滑系统进行设计优化,取得了较好的应用效果.%In view of the operation status ofφ5.5 × 1.8 m AG mill in concentrator of Chengmenshan Copper Mine,the paper analyzed the wearing and the defects of its shell and end cover,and conducted optimization design on its shell,drive and lubricating system for the main bearing.Excellent application effects were achieved.
