神东矿区液压支架工作阻力确定的基本思路

         

摘要

根据实测的顶板结构和支架工作阻力等可以定量计算采场顶板压力,工作面采高等则能定性估算采场顶板压力.顶板初次运动和周期性运动阶段顶板来压时的压力最大值是衡量顶板压力的标准.测算得到二柱掩护式支架垂直方向的顶板压力约为倾斜方向支架工作阻力的0.95倍.应该选择适宜的控顶距作为顶板压力已知时计算支架合理工作阻力的依据.%The roof pressure of the stope is quantitatively calculated according to measured roof structure and working resistance of the support,and is qualitatively estimated via mining height of the working face.In original motion stage and periodical motion stage of the roof,the maximum pressure while the pressure came onto the roof was the standard to measure the roof pressure.The predicted roof pressure along the vertical direction of two-column shield support was about 0.95 times of the working resistance of the support in tilting direction.Suitable face-to-gob distance should be selected as the reference of calculating reasonable working resistance of the support while the roof pressure was given.
