大型煤炭干馏回转窑换热装置的研制

摘要

Nowadays,it is new technology to carbonize coal powder in rotary kiln at low temperature in coal clean utilization field.Taking φ5.8 m × 65 m coal carbonization rotary kiln as the example,the paper introduced the core of the large coal carbonization rotary kiln,heat exchanger,about its working principle andstructural features,and narrated the material selection,design and parametric determination of main parts of the heat exchanger.The conclusions offered reference for the design of the heat exchanger of the large coal carbonization rotary kiln in the future.%利用回转窑对煤粉进行低温干馏处理是当今煤炭清洁利用领域内的新型技术.以φ5.8 m×65 m煤炭干馏回转窑为例,介绍了大型煤炭干馏回转窑核心部分——换热装置的工作原理和结构特点,并说明了换热装置中主要零件的选材、设计和参数选择,为以后大型煤炭干馏回转窑换热装置的设计提供了有益的借鉴.
