水泥粉磨系统改造

摘要

Innovation experience of the system grinding system in a company was introduced.Original onestage ball mill ring grinding system was transformed to the combined grinding system consisting of roller press,V-typed separator,double-bin ball mill and O-S separator,thus the efficient material layer grinding advantage of the roller press brought into play.In addition,the size and uniformity of the feedings were strictly controlled,and corresponding technical innovation of the cement mill was conducted,therefore,the cement grinding capacity enhanced,energy consumption reduced and the throughput increased.%介绍了某公司对水泥粉磨系统的改造经验,将原来简单的一级球磨机圈流粉磨系统,改造为由辊压机+V型选粉机+双仓球磨机+ O-S选粉机组成的联合粉磨系统,从而发挥了辊压机高效率料床粉磨优势,可严格控制入料粒度及其均匀性,同时对水泥磨也进行了相应的技术改造,提高了对水泥的磨细能力,实现节能降耗,增加了产量.
