掘锚机后配套连续运输装备电源电缆管理装置的设计与应用

         

摘要

为了解决掘锚机后配套连续运输装备在配套连采机进行单巷掘进时电源电缆管理暴露的问题,根据该装备的特点设计出了一种适用于掘锚机后配套连续运输装备的电源电缆管理装置,并对关键部件进行静力学分析,验证其可靠性.现场应用情况表明,电缆事故出现次数明显减少,降低了电缆维护管理成本,提高了掘进效率.%In order to solve the problems about cable management of the power supply of back-end continuous transport equipments for the bolter miner while the matched continuous miner tunneling single lane,a kind of cable management device for the power supply of the back-end continuous transport equipments for the bolter miner was designed according to the equipment features.The statics analysis of the key components was conducted,thus their reliability was verified.Field application showed the cable accident decreased significantly,the cable maintenance cost reduced and the tunneling efficiency enhanced.
