应用于绳索取芯钻进的EM-MWD结构设计及分析

摘要

Based on the structure of the present wire-line coring tool and the measurement while drilling,a new set of electromagnetic measurement while drilling (EM-MWD) for wire-line coring was designed.In addition,ANSYS was applied to analyze the influence of the installation structure on signal transmission.The influence of the installation structure on signal transmission attenuation was less than 3％.Field test showed the installation structure had no influence on the current wire-line coring process and could be directly applied to the current wire-line coring.%基于现有绳索取芯钻具和随钻测量仪器结构,设计了一套应用于绳索取芯钻进的电磁波随钻测量仪器,并运用ANSYS仿真软件分析了仪器安装结构对信号传输的影响,该安装结构对信号传输衰减影响小于3％.现场试验表明,该安装结构不影响现有绳索取芯钻进工艺,可直接用于现有绳索取芯钻进中.
