为了削减大功率矿用卡车发动机的维修成本,中煤平朔公司自主研发了大功率柴油机测试系统.该系统可以分为发动机台架、排烟系统、冷却水循环系统、发电加载系统、燃油系统及计算机操作系统 6 个子系统.它在信号采集、结构设计、信号处理等方面具有创新性,并在大功率柴油机测试方面进行了国内前驱的实践.在大功率柴油机测试系统的设计基础上,对燃烧过程进行了实例研究.3 个季度的使用为公司节约了近 70% 的柴油机检修成本.%In order to cut down the repair cost of the large-power engine of the mine-used truck, a testing system for the large-power diesel engine was developed by China Coal Pingshuo. The testing system consisted of six subsystem involved engine bench, smoke exhaust system, cooling water cycling system, loading system via generating output, fuel system and computer operation system. It possessed innovation in signal acquisition, structural design and signal processing etc., and pioneered in testing for the large-power diesel engine at home. Based on the designed testing system for the large-power diesel engine, the actual combustion process was studied. Its service for three quarters in the company saved about 70% of diesel engine repair cost.
