福建某铜矿碎磨工艺的设计研究

         

摘要

针对福建某铜矿项目拟采用的 SABC (半自磨 + 顽石破碎 + 球磨) 与 3CB (传统三段破碎 + 球磨)碎磨工艺进行研究,从项目规模、矿石性质、设备选型、能耗与经济分析等多个方面进行对比,最终选择了流程简单、设备数量少及总体经济性能较好的 SABC 碎磨工艺,为该项目碎磨工艺的选择与设计提供了可靠的理论依据.%The paper studied SABC (SAG mill + pebble crusher + ball mill) and 3CB (3-stage crusher+ ball mill) comminution process for a copper ore from Fujian, and compared the two kinds of process in throughput, ore properties, equipment sizing, energy consumption and economical efficiency etc. Finally, SABC comminution process was identified due to its simpler process, less equipments and better economical efficiency. The study offered reliable theoretical reference for the selection and the design of the comminution process.
