云南某低品位铅锌矿铅锌分离试验研究

             

摘要

云南某低品位铅锌矿嵌布粒度细,铅锌分离困难.为了综合利用资源,对其进行了详细的选矿试验研究.确定采用一段磨矿(-0.074 mm占75%)、优先浮铅的选矿工艺,通过添加组合抑制剂使铅锌矿物有效分离,最终获得了铅品位和回收率分别为55.38%和90.56%的铅精矿及锌品位和回收率分别为50.23%和91.31%的锌精矿.实现了铅锌的高效分离,试验指标优良.%The lead minerals and zinc minerals are difficult to separate for finely disseminated size in a lowgrade Pb-Zn ore of Yunnan.For the purpose of comprehensive utilization of these resources,a selective flotation process was adopted under the grinding fineness of 75%-0.074 mm after detailed beneficiation test using composite inhibitors to float lead and depress zinc.A lead concentrate with Pb grade of 55.38% and the recovery of Pb 90.56% and a zinc concentrate with Zn grade of 50.23% and the recovery-of Zn 91.31% were obtained.The mineral processing indexes were excellent,indicating a highly effective separation of Pb and Zn.
