钴白合金在弱酸溶液中的选择性浸出工艺研究

     

摘要

Valuable metals were selectively leached from cobalt white alloy by using air as oxidant in diluted hydrochloric acid system. Continuous leaching tests were conducted under the following optimum leaching conditions: at a reaction temperature of 85℃ ,with solid-to-liquid ratio of 1:10,agitation speed of 1 000 r/min and leaching time of 12 h,with a 15% excess of system acid,an air flux of 4 L/min,and the dosage of additive NL being 4% (relative to cobalt white alloy). Results showed the leaching rate of Co,Cu and Ni reached up to 95. 27% ,95. 14% and 94. 28% ,respectively.%在稀盐酸体系中,采用空气作氧化剂选择性浸出钴白合金中有价金属.结果表明,在反应温度85℃,固液比1∶10,搅拌强度1000r/min,浸出时间为12h,体系酸过量15%,空气通入量为4L/min,添加剂NL用量为4%(相对钴白合金)的优化浸出条件下进行连续浸出实验,钴、铜、镍的浸出率分别为95.27%、95.14%和94.28%.
