有机载体及烧结工艺对银浆料导电性能的影响

     

摘要

Conductive silver paste was prepared with the mixture of silver powder, glass powder and organic vehicle. With variant content of some organic acid and different sintering process, the effects of organic acid content, sintering tempertature and sintering time on conductive properties of Ag film were discussed by observing the morphology of the paste sintered Ag film with SEM and measuring the resistivity with the four point probe meter. The results show that conductive silver film with good performance can be obtained with the organic acid′s mass fraction at 1.22%, sintering temperature at 700 ℃ and holding temperature time at 15 min.%以银粉、玻璃粉和有机载体为原料制备了导电银浆。通过改变有机载体中某有机酸的含量以及烧结工艺,借助SEM观察浆料烧结银膜的形貌、四探针测试仪测量烧结膜的表面方阻,讨论了有机酸含量及烧结温度、烧结时间对银膜导电性能的影响。结果表明,当有机酸含量为1.22%,烧结温度为700℃,保温时间为15 min时,可以获得性能较好的导电银膜。
