半熔分解硫酸钡重量法测定各类含重晶石矿样中的硫

     

摘要

An improved method of semi⁃molten decomposition in the sodium carbonate⁃zinc oxide system by electromagnetic stirring leaching was used to determine sulfur in the samples of iron ore, manganese ore and Cu⁃Pb⁃Zn ores containing barite and elemental sulfur. The standard addition recoveries of barite and elemental sulfur in these three kinds of samples were within the range of 99.00%~101.00%. Accuracy and precision experiments were carried out on seven kinds of typical ore samples. The relative deviation and RSD( n=7) of the results were less than 1% and less than 1.50%, respectively. The results show that the method is suitable for determining sulfur in iron ore, manganese ore and Cu⁃Pb⁃Zn ores containing barite and elemental sulfur, with advantages such as high accuracy, easy control of experimental conditions and low analysis cost.%采用改进后的碳酸钠⁃氧化锌半熔分解电磁搅拌浸出法测定含重晶石或单质硫的铁矿石、锰矿石、铜铅锌矿石等样品中的硫。这三类矿石样品中重晶石和单质硫的加标回收率均在99.00%~101.00%之间。选取7种典型的矿样进行准确度和精密度实验,测定结果的相对偏差均小于1.00%,相对标准偏差( RSD)( n=7)均小于1.50%。实验表明该方法适用于含重晶石或单质硫的铁矿石、锰矿石、铜铅锌矿石等矿样中硫含量的测定,准确度高,实验条件易于控制,分析成本低。
