高铝烧结矿中MgO的影响研究

     

摘要

The effects of increasing the content of MgO on the technical and economic index of high⁃alumina sinter production, the strength, mineral composition and metallurgical properties of the sinter were studied through sinter pot tests. Results showed that MgO content in the high⁃alumina sinter increased from 2. 55% to 3. 21%, resulting in a decrease of 4.77% in the yield of sinter products, 0.3 t/( m2 ·h) down in the sintering utilization coefficient, as well as a reduction of 4.8% in the tumbler strength. On the contrary, the porosity rate was increased and RDI was raised from 66.8% to 72.1%, however, no significant change in reducibility.%通过烧结杯实验,研究了提高MgO含量对高铝烧结矿生产技术经济指标、烧结矿强度和矿物组成以及冶金性能的影响。结果表明:高铝烧结矿中MgO含量由2.55%提高到3.21%时,烧结矿成品率降低了4.77%,烧结利用系数降低了0.3 t/(m2·h),转鼓强度降低了4.8%,气孔率增加,烧结矿低温还原粉化指数由66.8%提高到72.1%,还原性未发生明显变化。
