A test was carried out on a gold concentrate adopting a process of sulfating roasting⁃acid leaching for copper removal with an environment⁃friendly gold leaching reagent of Sandioss. In the test, effects of Sandioss dosage, aiding leaching agent SD⁃1010 dosage, leaching time, liquid⁃solid ratio and protective alkali on leaching recovery of gold and silver were investigated. Moreover, the high⁃concentration leaching liquor containing gold was treated by activated carbon. The results show that the gold leaching rate can reach to 97.47% under the optimum conditions as the following:with sodium hydrate as protective alkali, Sandioss dosage of 10 kg/t, SD⁃1010 dosage of 20 kg/t, liquid⁃solid ratio of 1.5 and leaching time of 48 h. The adsorption rate of coconut shell activated carbon for gold and silver from Sandioss leaching liquor can reach to 99% and above. The research results provide a technical support for the replacement of traditional sodium cyanide by Sandioss in gold extraction.%采用环保型浸金试剂Sandioss,针对某金精矿进行了硫酸化焙烧⁃酸浸除铜⁃Sandioss浸出试验研究,考察了Sandioss用量、助浸剂SD⁃1010用量、浸出时间、液固比、保护碱等因素对金、银浸出率的影响,同时,采用活性炭对含金贵液进行了后续处理。研究表明,优化试验条件为:以NaOH作为保护碱,Sandioss浸出剂用量10 kg/t,助浸剂SD⁃1010用量20 kg/t,液固比1.5,反应时间48 h,在此条件下处理该金精矿,金浸出率高达97.47%,而且椰壳活性炭对Sandioss浸液中的金银吸附率都达到99%以上。研究结果为Sandioss替代传统氰化钠提金提供了技术支持。
