基于IPP图像软件的管流中粗颗粒运动信息提取方法研究

         

摘要

运用大功率激光光源和Nikon D810单反相机进行了管道水力输送模拟试验,并以试验中得到的管道断面图像为研究对象,详细介绍了基于图像软件Image-Pro Plus(IPP)的管道断面颗粒提取方法,并以5张图像的处理结果对此方法进行验证.结果表明,提取出的颗粒数量平均误差小于5%,说明该种分析方法能准确地将目标颗粒提取并呈现出来,是一种具有代表性的、可操作的管道断面颗粒图像处理方法.%Experiments were conducted by simulating coarse particles transported in pipeline, with high-powered laser and a Nikon D810 SLR camera used to obtain images of pipeline section for further study. A detailed description on how to extract information about coarse particles at the pipeline section based on Image-Pro Plus ( IPP ) was presented. A further processing of five section images showed such method can obtain and present the accurate information about the targeted coarse particles with an average error less than 5%, verifying it′s a feasible and practical image processing method for extracting the motion of coarse particles at the pipe section.
