膨胀充填材料接顶试验研究

         

摘要

Considering the property of expansibility attributed to the static expansion agent,cementing materials mixed the static expansion agent were filled into goaf and at some time,filling materials expanded and furthermore led to the pre-stress in the surrounding rock.Results of segregation layering experiments showed:the filling body completely contacted with the surface of surrounding rock after 8h and 48h when the cement-sand ratio was 1:1 and 1:3 respectively for the slurry with 75% density,for which the stress on the roof of surrounding rock was 0.66MPa and 0.20MPa separately and respectively.%利用静态膨胀剂替代部分胶凝材料充入采空区,一定时间内,膨胀充填材料体积发生膨胀,充满整个空区并对周边岩体产生一定的预应力。离析分层实验结果证明:在充填率达到85%时,灰砂比1∶1和1∶3、浓度75%的料浆,分别在8h 和48h 后完全接顶,最终对顶板的压力分别为0.66 MPa和0.20 MPa。
