This paper systematically analyzes the geological background, geological characteristics, and genesis of Yangjiawan lead-zinc deposit in Guizhou Province and summarizes ore-prospecting criteria in the mine area,which is conducive to broaden ore-prospection prospect.%系统的分析了贵州杨家湾铅锌矿的区域地质背景、矿床地质特征及矿床成因，总结了矿区找矿标志，有利于扩大找矿远景。
