建立由5个一级指标和18个二级指标组成的评价指标体系，提出了各指标的数值量化计算方法，并运用 Matlab 软件和各种统计分析方法，计算得出评价指标体系的判断矩阵和权重，构建了监理工作质量的评价参数及流程。通过专家调研和现场实测，运用监理工作质量评价模型，对工程现场项目监理机构的监理工作质量进行了评价。%The authors aimed at problems of quantization of evaluation indexes for projects supervision quality,and the reference to commonly used evaluation indexes in china. Establish the input index system which is composed of 5 first-level indexes and 18 second- level indexes,and given calculation method of the first- level and the second- level indexes. Then based on a lot of statistical calculation method,the authors used MATLAB software and a variety of statistical analysis method,then calculated the evaluation index system of the judgment matrix and index weight, to construction of the supervision work quality evaluation parameters and process. Through the expert investigation and field measurement, constructs the supervision work quality evaluation model,quality supervision of engineering project site supervision institutions were evaluated.
