罐道钢丝绳自动润滑装置设计与应用

罐道钢丝绳是会宝岭铁矿主井箕斗的导向和稳定装置，需要经常涂油保养。罐道钢丝绳自动润滑装置可实现在箕斗上下提升过程中，将油脂均匀的涂抹在罐道钢丝绳的表面，较手工涂抹润滑具有操作简单、安全，使用成本低等特点，在该铁矿主井上的使用取得了较好的效果。%Guide steel wireropes are the guiding and stabilizing devices for the main shaft skid of Huibaoling Iron Mine and require frequent lubrication maintenance. The design of automatic lubrication device of guide steel wireropes enables lubrication grease uniformly applied to the surface of guide steel wirerope in the course of the skip going up and down and it has the advantages of simple and safe operation and low use cost over manual lubrication. The application of automatic lubrication device in the main shaft of the mine obtains good effects.
