活性焦联合脱除技术在球团烟气治理中的实践

摘要

介绍了上海克硫自主研发的活性焦联合脱除技术的特点、基本原理、工艺流程及应用情况。作为国内首套球团烟气活性焦联合脱除工程应用，河北前进钢铁球团烟气治理装置自投运以来，各项排放指标良好。实践结果表明活性焦联合脱除技术对球团烟气有较好的脱除效果，应在钢铁球团烟气治理领域得到进一步推广。%The paper introduces the characteristics,basic principle and technological process of the integrated removal of multiple pollutants in flue gas used activated coke which was researched and developed independently by Shanghai Clear Science&Technology Co.,Ltd.As the first domestic engineering application,this technology is used of treating pelletizing gas in Hebei Qianjin Steel Group Co.,Ltd.Since the devices was put into operation,the emission index was good enough. This technology shows good removal effects in treating pelletizing gas through the practice result and it is suitable for further promotion in pelletizing gas treatment.
