日钢2号600 m2烧结机烟气净化工艺的选择及应用

通过对国内外烧结烟气净化工艺进行分析，结合日钢2号600 m2烧结机的工艺参数和烟气特点，对其选择了活性焦烟气净化工艺。该工艺可同时去除多种污染物，并回收硫资源。该系统运行稳定，各项指标符合国家和地方现行环保标准，烧结烟气污染物减排效果显著。%Through the analysis on domestic and overseas sintering flue gas cleaning process,combining the process parameters and flue gas characteristics of No.2 600m2 sintering machine of Rizhao Steel,select the active coke flue gas cleaning process.This process can eliminate various contaminants simultaneously and recycle the sulfur resource.The operation of this system is stable,and each index is in accordance with the current national and local environmental protection standard.The sintering flue gas pollution reduction effect is very outstanding.
