网络拓扑发现对于现代网络管理、性能分析、故障定位具有重要的作用.针对实际异构网络的特点,在分析原有基于MAC地址转发表算法的基础上,提出了一种全新的基于SNMP协议的异构IP网络物理拓扑发现算法.该算法能够高效、准确、全面地进行物理拓扑发现,既可以检测到可网管的设备,也可以检测到不可网管的哑设备(如HUB).%Network topology discovery is important for the modern network management, analysis of performance and localization of fault. According to the characteristics of actual heterogeneous network, after the analysis of the existing algorithm based on MAC address forwarding table, submits a new algorithm of physical topology discovery in heterogeneous IP network depended on SNMP protocol, the algorithm can discover physical layer topology in a efficient, accurate and complete way, which can be applied to discover not only the managed devices,but also the non -managed dumb devices (e. g. HUBs).
