This paper introduces the concept ,testing theory and methods, purpose and significance of testing of DC parameter simply. Takes an example of 26C31 to illustrate test metords of DC parameters on cosmically integration test system.%简单介绍了静态参数的概念,基本测试原理与方法,静态参数测试的目的与意义,并且以26C31具体电路为例,详细讲解了几个主要静态参数在大规模集成电路测试系统上进行测试的方法.
