一种语音加密器的密钥管理方案设计与实现

摘要

As the rapid development of communication technology,voice communication security and confidentiality is facing a great threat.In modern society,all of the government and other departments in the fields of civil secret and commercial secret want to protect their privacy and secrets in the voice commu-nication process.In order to meet the requirements of voice secret,a voice encryptor is designed in this paper and the management and generation algorithm of the voice encryption key are discussed as well.%通信技术飞速发展的同时，语音通信的安全性和保密性面临着极大威胁。现今社会，各国的党政军等机要部门，民用领域和商业秘密层面都希望在语音通信过程中可以保护自己的隐私和秘密。为满足语音保密的需要，设计一种语音加密器。这里对语音加密器的密钥管理和生成算法加以讨论。
