隧道磁阻传感器在清分机厚度测量中的应用

摘要

高质量清分机，要对钞票的厚度进行检测，从而可以有效检测出厚度异常的钞票。介绍一种通过隧道磁阻（TMR）器件SML－F0103检测器件周围磁场变化的方法，来对被测钞票厚度进行测量。该器件具有高灵敏性和高线性度，可以实现对厚度的微小变化进行检测，因此非常适合用在清分机钞票测厚中，对于粘贴胶带或厚度异常的钞票都可以有效检测。%Thickness check is necessary in high quality counter machines to check the bank note with unusual thickness.A method of checking magnetic field around tunneling magnetoresistance sensor is introduced in this paper to check the thickness of the bank note to be detected.The chip,with high sensitiveness and high linearity,is fit for thickness checking of counter machines and effectively check the counterfeit banknote with unusual thickness because it can check very small change for the thickness.
