80C196KB 内部 A／D 转换器绝对误差失效分析

摘要

An 8 -channel 10 -bit A /D converter is integrated in 80C196KB,which composed of an 8 -channel multiplexer to select one of the eight input channels,the sample -and -hold circuit,the 10 -bit successive approximation A /D converter,the AD_COMMAND register,the two -byte AD_RESULT register and the control logic.Based on Intel 80C196KB and 16 -bit serial -input DACs AD5541,this paper introduces the absolute error test system of the A /D converter test of 80C196KB with simple and fast implementation from simplifying A /D converter test,puts forward a failure analysis method combining with software and hardware,and gives an implementation principle diagram.The procedure of implemen-tation of the software is described in detail.This method is also suitable for other microcontroller integrat-ed by A /D converter.%80C196KB 内部集成8路10位 A ／D 转换器，它由一个8通道的模拟多路开关、一个采样／保持电路、一个10位逐次逼近型 A ／D 转换器、A ／D 命令寄存器、A ／D 结果寄存器和控制逻辑等组成。介绍了通过对80C196KB 内部 A ／D 转换器测试，简化 A ／D 器件测试，构建简单快速、通用性好的绝对误差测试系统，以 Intel 公司的80C196KB 单片机与16位串行 D ／A 转换器 AD5541为例，介绍该类测试系统的构建与编程，并给出具体的编程思路，提出了一种软硬件结合的 A ／D 转换器绝对误差失效分析方法，给出了测试系统结构图，并详细描述了软件实现过程。这种方法对于其它具有内部 A ／D 转换器的单片机一样适用。
