提出一种基于数字隔离技术的高可靠性嵌入式系统接口应用方案.以目前先进的数字隔离技术为重心详细描述使用隔离技术的原因,以及隔离技术的应用场合和分类;从理论上分析影响RS485/RS422、CAN接口总线通信可靠性的因素,提出数字隔离技术结合可靠、正确的接地技术在RS485/RS422、CAN接口总线中的应用;并提出数字隔离技术在信号传感器方面的应用及必要性,以及利用瞬态抑制来消除高频瞬态干扰的方法.%A scheme of high-reliability interface in embedded system based on digital isolation technology is proposed. Focusing on current advanced digital isolation technology,the paper discusses necessity,application situation and classification of isolation technology.Digital isolation technology combined with correct grounding technology in RS485/RS422 and CAN interface is proposed,after analyzing the factors impacting RS485/RS422 and CAN interface communication reliability. Applications of digital isolation technology in signal sensing filed and its necessity are discussed,and methods to eliminate high-frequency transient interference with transient voltage suppressor are given.
