Actual work analyzes the various problems existing in the modern real estate records management, and proposed the corresponding countermeasures.%随着我国房地产业的迅猛发展，房产档案的存储量也在不断增加，庞大的管理工作使档案管理人员应接不暇。结合实际工作，分析了现代房产档案管理中存在的各种问题，并且提出了相应的对策。
